the hotel provided complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby area. i found the location to be quite convenient for accessing nearby amenities. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the room i stayed in was a bit too warm, and there was no air conditioning available. the bed felt quite firm. the window in my room was difficult to open, possibly due to a lack of maintenance.

The staff were always available and very helpful. parking was available and secure. I not sketchy at all leaving my car there overnight.
The sink in the bathroom was a little small. It made washing my face slightly awkward.

I found complimentary secure parking very helpful. The drawing room has beautiful decor. I really liked the croissants, available at no extra charge. The location provides convenient access to nearby attractions and transport options. It was easy to explore the area from here.
The room was rather small, I did not feel entirely comfortable, I think there's need to improve here. It was difficult to move around due to limited space. I expected something more.

I found the location to be quite convenient. it was near public transport and close to attractions. the provided pastries and coffee were a welcome treat. my room was comfortable with complimentary tea and water. the staff were pleasant and helpful. i received a welcome gift. I was impressed by such gesture.
The lighting in my room could have been improved. I found it a little dim for working.
